Throughout the morning we move through a sequence of practices designed to support the whole human experience.
We begin by arriving together in the space and opening with a cacao ceremony. Cacao has been used for centuries in community gatherings because it gently opens the heart and invites presence into the body.
From there we move into a guided breathwork journey that helps release mental noise, increase oxygenation and reconnect you with the intelligence of your body.
A sound immersion follows, allowing the nervous system to settle and the mind to soften as vibrational sound moves through the space.
The morning also includes optional cold immersion through our ice baths and sauna experience. These practices awaken circulation, increase resilience and leave the body feeling energised and refreshed.
Alongside the adult space we offer our signature children’s yoga and mindfulness workshop. This provides a beautiful and nurturing environment for children to move, breathe and play while adults fully receive the experience.
We close the morning by sharing organic grazing boards together, creating time for relaxed conversation, laughter and genuine connection.
The result is a morning that feels expansive rather than rushed and restorative rather than overwhelming.

Community Breathwork & Connection is not a class or a drop-in session.
It is a carefully held community experience where breath, body, nature and genuine human connection come together in one beautiful environment.
We created this space because modern life moves quickly. It rewards performance, productivity and constant forward motion. Yet the human body thrives in environments where breath deepens, conversations slow down and people feel genuinely supported by the community around them.
This gathering offers exactly that.
A morning to step out of the noise and reconnect with the deeper rhythm that allows your energy, creativity and vitality to expand.
You are welcome to arrive on your own, with your partner, your family, your friends, neighbours or work colleagues. This space was designed to welcome people from all walks of life who value connection, growth and living well.

$60 per adult -Â This includes the full four-hour immersion, cacao ceremony, breathwork journey, sound healing, access to ice baths and sauna, organic grazing boards and the full community experience.
$15 per child - This provides access to the children’s yoga and mindfulness workshop, cacao and all the delicious goodness with our grazing boards.
$130 family pass - This includes entry for two adults and their children + all the goodness this day brings.
