A MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER · Watch before you apply
What actually changes in a woman across these eight weeks.
The full journey is below. If you would rather hear it, start here.
Nothing is being held back before your application call.
“Eight weeks is long enough to learn the architecture, the rest is reps. That is the honest answer.”
Elise Small · Founder, Orygen breathwork™
Who arrives here
You have already been holding something. This is where you are given what it takes to hold it properly.
Six women. Different rooms, different professions, the same edge.
01
The allied health professional
“I can treat the body. I cannot reach the roots underneath it.”
Physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, midwives, remedial therapists, nutritionists, exercise physiologists. You already work with bodies daily. You have watched excellent clinical care come up against a nervous system that was never going to be reached from the top down. You want a bottom-up modality with real protocols, defined scope, contraindication training and an insurance pathway, rather than a weekend workshop and a hope.
02
The psychologist, counsellor or therapist
“She understood everything and nothing changed.”
You are trained, registered and genuinely good at this. You have also sat across from a client with complete insight into her own history and watched the body refuse to follow. Orygen gives you a somatic, bottom-up entry point that sits alongside your existing scope rather than pretending to replace it, with screening, referral pathways and the recognition and response protocols built in rather than assumed.
03
The coach, facilitator or wellness practitioner
“They tell me things they have never said out loud. I want to know how I can empower them to move through it.”
Coaches, yoga and movement teachers, sound practitioners, retreat hosts, women already running rooms. You have the trust. What you want now is depth underneath the conversation, one modality your work can be built around rather than decorated with, and the structural confidence to stay when something real opens in front of you.
04
The mother
“I have been holding space at home for eleven years and nobody has ever called it that.”
You have become the stability for everybody in your house and you have quietly begun to wonder what happens to a woman who does that for a decade without anyone teaching her how to resource herself. You want your own way back into your body. You also want something you can give your children that they will still be carrying at thirty.
05
The woman in her own becoming
“I am not sure yet whether I will work with people. I am sure I cannot keep living the way I have been.”
You are not here for a business plan. You are here because something has ended, or is ending, and you have no interest in processing it for another three years. Many women arrive for themselves and leave with a practice. Some arrive for themselves and leave with themselves, which was always enough, and which changes their relationships, their standards and the people who are able to stay close to them.
06
The woman rebuilding her circle
“I have outgrown my old circle and it has been quieter on the social side of life than I expected.”
You have been the most self-aware person in the conversation for a while now. You are not looking for a network. You are looking for proximity to women operating at your standard, relationships that are not organised around who is struggling, and partnerships that meet you at the level you have grown into rather than the one you were easier at.
If you did not see yourself precisely, the through line is this. You already hold something for somebody and you have reached the edge of what you can hold with what you currently have.
You do not need to be qualified enough to be here. You do not need a prior breathwork certification, a business, a following, or a clear picture of who your clients will be. Every single one of those is built inside the eight weeks, and most of it in the first four.
What you do need is to already be someone people bring things to, and to be genuinely willing to go first in your own body.
The journey you are actually going on
Four movements and only one of them is about facilitation.
This is not a syllabus. It is what happens inside a woman across eight weeks, in the order it happens.
Movement one
You come home to your own body
Before you hold anything for anybody, you stop managing yourself.
The first weeks are not about clients. They are about the breath you have been holding since you learned that composed was safer than honest. You map your own baseline. You find exactly where you brace, and when, and around whom.
Most women discover something in the first fortnight that they had been describing as a personality trait. The vigilance. The bracing before a difficult conversation. The way your inhale starts pulling instead of receiving the moment something feels uncertain. None of it was who you are. It was what your nervous system learned to do, and it can be met.
You will feel this one first in your sleep, and second in the way you speak to the people closest to you.
Movement two
You meet what you have been managing
Not to analyse it again. To stop needing to.
There is a difference between understanding a pattern and no longer being run by it, and the distance between those two things is exactly where most capable, self-aware women live for years. You can name the thing while it is happening and still watch yourself do it.
This is where the psyche stops being something you study from the outside and becomes something you can be inside of without leaving. Identity. Inherited script. The protection that was intelligent when you built it and is now the ceiling. Grief that never had a body to move through. The specific contraction that arrives the moment something starts going well.
We do this with structure and pacing, not intensity. Nothing is forced open. That is precisely why what opens tends to stay open.
This is the movement that changes your relationships, your money and your standards, usually before it changes your work.
Movement three
You learn to stay
Somebody in front of you comes apart, and your own body does not move.
Not because you have detached. Because you have been there yourself, in a room with somebody who knew what they were doing, and your system now has a reference for it.
Staying is not a temperament. It is a trained capacity, and it is the entire profession. It is also the reason a woman will choose you over someone with more letters after their name. She will not be able to explain it. She will simply have felt that nothing she did made you flinch.
This is where the protocols become instinct. Reading activation from overwhelm at a glance. Pacing adjusted mid-session rather than reviewed afterwards. Knowing when to slow a room, when to let it move, and when to say nothing at all.
You stop rehearsing what to say and start trusting what you will do.
Movement four
You become the room
You are no longer delivering a session. You are the condition that makes it possible.
By the immersion you will facilitate in front of other women and be corrected in real time, which is the only speed that actually builds a facilitator. By week eight you will lead a complete journey, start to finish, and be told the truth about it.
What people describe afterwards is rarely something you said. They will say the room felt safe. They will say they did not have to hold anything. They are describing your nervous system, which is now doing the work your language used to attempt.
Leadership is not something you perform. It is something people feel in your presence.
And this is the part nobody tells you. It does not stay in the training room.
Your relationships
You stop managing them. The ones built on your accommodation get quieter. The ones that can meet you get closer, and the partnerships that arrive next arrive to the woman you actually are rather than the one who was easier to be around.
Your children
They get a mother who can stay in the room while they are dysregulated. That is the whole inheritance. They also get language for their own bodies, years earlier than you got yours.
Your work
You stop performing it. Pricing stops being a negotiation with yourself. You become able to say the true sentence in the room rather than the acceptable one, and the right people start arriving because of it.
Your daily rhythm
You come off the cycle of reacting to your life and into responding to it. Energy stops being something you chase in the afternoon and starts being something that is simply available, because you are no longer spending it holding yourself together.
This is what we mean by the rhythm of your fully alive and energised timeline. Not a state you visit. The one you live in.
Worth being honest about
What another year of nearly ready actually costs.
Nobody sends you an invoice for the year you spent deciding. It gets paid quietly, in the rooms you did not hold and the fee you did not charge. So let us name it plainly, once.
Another year of holding sessions you were never trained to hold, and quietly hoping nothing opens that you cannot close.
Another year of learning your protocols the hard way, in the room, in front of somebody who trusted you.
Another year of pricing your work like an experiment, because part of you is still treating it as one.
Another year of referring the woman in front of you to somebody with less depth and more paperwork.
Another year of being the one everybody leans on, with nowhere to put your own weight down.
Another year of collecting information, when understanding is not what is missing.
None of that is a confidence problem, and no further insight into yourself will resolve it. It is a structural gap, and structure is the one thing you cannot source from more reading.
You do not become steady in a room by waiting until you feel ready. You become steady by being trained, watched, corrected and repeated, until steadiness is simply what your body does.
The woman who owns her life on her terms is not handing power to the limitations of the small human inside her. She moves from self-trust. She moves from self-belief.
She has stopped negotiating her value with the world.
The distinction
Breathwork is growing up. This is where it lands.
Nine positions the field is moving towards and what each one changes in the room.
The direction of travel
Ten years ago this work was sold on how much it made you feel, in a world that had gone numb.
The women arriving now are asking a different question.
Not how deep can you take me, but how safely you can lead me and guide me into bringing 'me' back.
01
Most trainings
Teach you to run a session from the outside in.
↓
Orygen Breathwork™
Take you through it first.
You cannot read a nervous system you have never met in yourself. The opening weeks are your body before they are anybody else’s.
In the room: you recognise what she is doing, because you have done it.
02
Most trainings
Hand you a collection of techniques and a playlist.
↓
Orygen Breathwork™
One architecture, learned to depth.
The Orygen Architecture™ is a seven-phase arc you can adapt to any room, any body, any length, without reaching for a script.
In the room: you adapt, instead of reciting.
03
Most trainings
Use intensity as evidence that the work is working.
↓
Orygen Breathwork™
Steadiness as the actual skill.
Powerful facilitation is not created through intensity. It is created through steadiness, and steadiness is trainable.
In the room: nothing that happens makes you flinch.
04
Most trainings
Finish at the emotional release and call it a result.
↓
Orygen Breathwork™
Train the forty-eight hours afterwards.
Catharsis and completion look identical in the room and behave completely differently three days later. You will learn to tell them apart.
In the room: she is still changed on Thursday.
05
Most trainings
Leave scope of practice vague, or avoid it entirely.
↓
Orygen Breathwork™
Name it precisely.
Intake, screening, consent, contraindications, referral, and the recognition and response protocol for suspended breathing. Including where your scope ends.
In the room: you screen before she lies down, not after.
06
Most trainings
Certify you on attendance.
↓
Orygen Breathwork™
Certify you on a live practicum.
You lead a complete journey, start to finish, and receive real-time reflection from someone who will tell you the truth.
In the room: you have already led one, watched.
07
Most trainings
Treat the business as somebody else’s problem.
↓
Orygen Breathwork™
Build it to the same standard as the work.
Positioning, pricing, packaging, insurance and your first ten clients, held with the same integrity as the facilitation itself.
In the room: you say your price without explaining it.
08
Most trainings
End the day you graduate, and leave you building alone.
↓
Orygen Breathwork™
Put you inside a community that keeps going.
Lifetime access, monthly journeys, meet-ups, practice partners and women who collaborate on real work together long after certification.
In the room: you are never the only one who has held this.
09
Most trainings
Position the founder as the destination.
↓
Orygen Breathwork™
Build you out of needing me.
The purpose of the method is that you need it, and us, less over time. That is the measure we hold ourselves to.
In the room: the authority is yours.
Every one of those differences exists for the same reason. Somebody is going to lie down in front of you and stop defending themselves.
That moment deserves structure.
Week four · three days in the sunshine coast hinterlands
There is a part of this work that does not transmit through a screen.
You can learn the architecture online. Learning what it feels like to have your hands on a room, with people who will still be there when it ends, happens in person.
In the middle of your training, we stop and we gather. From Friday, 16th to Sunday, 18th October, we gather at Kondalilla Eco Resort in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, on Gubbi Gubbi country.
It sits in week four rather than week one on purpose. By then you are not walking into a room of strangers. You are walking in with women you have already practised beside and alongside the some of the facilitators already certified inside Orygen Breathwork™, who are invited to return for these three days.
The women you train with become the people you call in three years when something happens in a room and you need someone who understands.
That does not form over Zoom, alone. Three days is what it takes. This is part of our commitment to what happens after certification. The training does not end at the final module and neither does your relationship with this work.
What the three days hold
16th -18th October · 9:00AM to 3:00PM AEST · closing 4:00PM Sunday
Real-time practice. You facilitate. You are facilitated. You are watched, and you receive feedback while the experience is still in your body rather than a fortnight later in a written note.
Receiving the breath. Not as a demonstration. You will be taken through the work properly, as a participant, by someone whose only job in that moment is you.
Integration in practice. What you actually do in the twenty minutes after a room comes back, and in the days that follow. The part most trainings hand over as theory.
The practical tools. Cueing, hands, music, room, timing, voice. The things that are learnt by doing them badly first, in a room where that is safe.
Program structuring. How this becomes an offer inside the practice you already have. Shape, sequence, pricing, and the pathway your own clients will walk.
Each other. Practice partners, meals, the walk back to your cabin. The conversations that happen between the sessions are not an add-on to this work.
Cannot travel? The three days are broadcast in full, with a facilitator holding the online room throughout. You will practise, you will be paired and you will be seen. Attending in person is the fuller experience and we will say so plainly. Being unable to fly should not be the thing that stops you.

The Orygen Method™
Regulation is the foundation. Expansion is the direction.
Transformation is not measured by how emotional a moment becomes. It is measured by what the body is able to safely hold, integrate and sustain long after the session has ended. Which looks like this.
Many spaces know how to create the dotted line. Very few know how to responsibly hold what opens afterwards.
01
Stability
The nervous system has to find safety in the space, the facilitator and itself.
Everything changes when the body feels safe enough to stay present with the experience. This pillar builds regulation, safety and the capacity to become the grounded anchor in the room.
Powerful facilitation is not created through intensity. It is created through steadiness.
02
Integration
Lasting change does not happen at the surface. It happens in the deeper architecture.
Where identity, belief, emotional pattern and protective response are held. This pillar teaches you to guide beyond temporary emotional shift and support what can be sustained long after the journey has ended.
Transformation only becomes real when the body is able to embody it.
03
Capacity
The depth you can safely hold for others is the capacity you have built in yourself.
As your own stability and self-awareness deepen, your facilitation changes with it. This pillar develops the internal steadiness required to hold stronger emotion, deeper group dynamics and greater responsibility.
Leadership is not something you perform. It is something people feel in your presence.
Three pillars, built in this order, because the order is the method.
The Orygen Architecture™
This is not a collection of breathwork techniques.
It is a structured methodology built to develop your ability to hold transformation safely, clearly and responsibly in real time. Confidence does not come from learning more. It comes from knowing how to lead what is unfolding in front of you.
Six modules, built in sequence, because the sequence is the method.
Open any module to read what is inside it
Module one · opens live at the immersion
Before you guide anyone else, you learn to stabilise your own system.
This is where you shift from performing presence to becoming it.
Open module one
This module establishes the ground you are standing on as an Orygen facilitator, and it begins in the room together on the Sunshine Coast rather than on a screen. You move through the lineage of conscious connected breathwork, from its roots across Vedic, Taoist and Indigenous traditions, through to the modern clinical research now validating what practitioners have known for centuries.
You develop a precise understanding of polyvagal theory and autonomic intelligence, learning to read the nervous system as the primary instrument of the session. You study the CO₂ cascade and the science of non-ordinary states, so you know exactly what is happening in a body when the breath shifts.
You are introduced to the Three Pillars of the Orygen Method™, and what makes this approach categorically different from every other breathwork training.
Module two
The full architecture, and how to guide a complete journey from arrival to integration.
This is not about getting through the experience. It is about innerstanding how transformation unfolds in the body.
Open module two
The seven-phase session arc is mapped in full, and you learn how to move through each phase without rushing, forcing or losing presence. You study the critical difference between activation and overwhelm, and how to read a body in real time so you know which state you are working with.
You learn the distinction between catharsis and completion, one of the most important distinctions in this entire training, because one deepens transformation and the other interrupts it.
You also begin developing the language of facilitation, using your voice, your cues and your presence as instruments of the container, and leading that process from genuine authority.
Module three
The practical tools required to lead with clarity, and the scope that holds them.
The tools are here to support you. The intention is that you use them without becoming dependent on them.
Open module three
The full intake process, contraindications, consent and safety protocols, so every person entering your container has been properly assessed and prepared.
You study the breath patterns used within the architecture, including circular breathing, two to one breathing and recovery breathing, and learn when and how to apply each.
You develop your capacity to hold space through presence, restraint and non-interference, a skill that takes most facilitators years to build. You also learn to recognise and work with the discharge of trauma held in the body, what it means, and how to guide it.
Module four
This is where your capacity deepens.
It is built on one principle. The facilitator who has done her own work is the safest person in the room.
Open module four
The principles, boundaries and ethics of trauma-informed facilitation, including how to safely work with emotional release, activation and intensity without needing to fix, advise or interfere.
You study the recognition and response protocol for suspended breathing, so you can move through that moment with calm authority rather than panic.
You learn the post-session integration guide and how to support somebody through the forty-eight hour window after a journey, because what happens afterwards matters as much as what happens inside it. You are also guided through your own inner work, your personal practice, and the role of ongoing supervision in maintaining your standard.
Module five
You step into facilitation inside a supported, structured environment.
You do not leave this module having completed a checklist. You leave it having led.
Open module five
This module is built around the practicum, a live peer session where you guide a fellow student through a complete Orygen journey and receive real-time reflection. You learn the frameworks for giving and receiving feedback that actually builds skill, rather than simply affirming effort.
You develop your observation and tracking capacity, learning what to watch, what to note and what to act on in the body in front of you.
And you begin building your signature facilitator style, the expression of your presence, your voice and your method that makes your container distinctly yours.
Module six
Taking this work beyond the training and into real-life application.
This is where your facilitation becomes lived rather than learned.
Open module six
How to approach corporate spaces, schools, wellness studios and community settings, and how to position yourself within each context with clarity and authority.
You work through the ethics of packaging, signature programs, pricing, and the boundaries of your scope of practice, holding both with integrity.
You learn to build your practice from the ground up, including your marketing, your intake process and your outreach. Then you complete your workbook review and move through certification, graduating as a certified Orygen Breathwork™ Facilitator.
The full curriculum, interactive

Two small shifts worth knowing
If you are joining from the United States, our Friday morning is your Thursday afternoon. You are not a day behind. You are a day ahead of us.
Queensland does not observe daylight saving, so the Brisbane time never moves. New Zealand moves to daylight time on 27 September, so week one sits at midday and every week after that at 1:00pm.
The United States leaves daylight time on 1 November, so the Pacific start moves from 5:00pm to 4:00pm for the final two weeks.
Monthly community journeys
Online and open to the public
Join The Breath Edit™ · Our Private Community Space for Women Ready to LEAD THEIR LIFE
Bring your friends, family, clients, community and colleagues.
These continue after you certify, for as long as you want them.
Every live session is recorded and uploaded to the community portal the same day. Nothing is lost by being in the opposite hemisphere.
Staying with us
Stay in the rainforest.
Kondalilla Eco Resort sits on the edge of Kondalilla Falls and Mapleton National Park, about ninety minutes north of Brisbane and forty minutes from Sunshine Coast Airport.
You are welcome to stay on site for the three days, and we would encourage it. The conversations that happen at breakfast and on the walk back to your cabin are not an add-on to this work. For many women they become the part they talk about afterwards.
If you are travelling from interstate or overseas, book early. The hinterland fills in October, and there are twenty-three rooms.
Questions about travel, transfers or staying nearby, reply to your enrolment email and we will help you work it out.

Where this work has already been held
This methodology has already been carried into real rooms.
Wellness spaces, communities, corporate environments, retreats and rooms filled with people carrying stress, pressure, disconnection and emotional exhaustion beneath the surface. Not a theory being tested on you. A body of work that has already met the public.
People were not only having powerful experiences within the breath. They were integrating them into the way they lived afterwards.
Previous spaces
It was not the intensity of the experience that created the shift.
It was the way the work was held, integrated and carried forward afterwards.
The room that keeps going
A soul-led practice does not have to be a lonely one.
This is the part nobody warns women about. You build something meaningful, and then you make every decision about it alone. You price alone. You doubt alone. You have the good week alone, and there is no one to tell who understands what it took.
More than eight hundred Australian women have come through this work, and what has grown out of it is not a Facebook group with a welcome post. It is a working community that keeps expanding, because nobody leaves it. Every cohort adds to the room rather than replacing the one before.
The women you train beside become the women you build with.
Practice partners, not classmates
You are paired from week one and you facilitate each other throughout. Most cohorts are still practising together long after the eight weeks close. This is where your reps come from, and it costs you nothing but the calendar.
Real-time exchange
A live thread where you can bring the session that went sideways on Tuesday night and have four women who have held that exact moment answer you before morning.
Meet-ups, in person and online
Regular gatherings across states and a standing online room. Some are practice. Some are business. Some are simply women sitting together who do not need anything explained.
Collaborations that become real work
Co-hosted workshops, joint retreats, corporate days delivered in pairs, sound and breath partnerships. Graduates build with each other constantly, and the community is where those pairings find each other.
Monthly community journeys
Live breathwork every month, open to you, your clients and your family. Bring the people you are working with into a room held by somebody else, and be a participant again yourself.
A referral network with a standard behind it
When an enquiry lands that is not yours, geographically or otherwise, it goes to a woman trained the way you were. That works in both directions, and it starts the week you certify.
You are not joining a cohort. You are joining a collective.
Certification is not the day you leave. It is the day you are counted in.
Graduates stay. They return to the three-day immersion each intake and breathe beside the women just beginning. They hold the monthly community journeys. They come back into the practice rooms, the meet-ups and the live thread, years after their own certification, because the room was never designed to be exited.
Which means the woman sitting next to you at the immersion may be in her first week or her third year. You will be held by facilitators who have already done what you are about to do, and in a year you will be the one holding somebody new.
One collective, still expanding, still breathing together.
You are not being handed a modality and sent home. You are being brought into a room, and the room stays open.
From the women in the room
In their own words, not mine.
Three graduates on what changed in their life, not just the spaces they now live and breathe in and what they now do when nobody else is in the room.
Every woman here has one common thread, they saw their vision, backed themselves and led from their heart so when we had our call together, the decision had already been made.
That's the difference between trust and self-doubt, where are you choosing to lead from?
By the end of the eight weeks
What you will be professionally capable of.
Not how you will feel. What you will be able to do when a real person is in front of you.
01Read a nervous system in real time
Recognise the difference between activation and overwhelm in the body in front of you, and adjust pacing in the moment rather than afterwards.
02Hold a full session without losing your own ground
Guide the seven-phase arc from arrival through to integration without rushing, forcing, or leaving the room in yourself.
03Know the difference between catharsis and completion
One deepens the work. The other interrupts it. Most facilitators cannot reliably tell them apart.
04Work safely within a defined scope
Intake, consent, contraindications, referral, and the recognition and response protocol for suspended breathing.
05Support the forty-eight hours afterwards
Because what happens after the session determines whether anything actually changed.

Built to move with you
A practice that fits in a bag and follows you anywhere.
Breath needs no equipment, no clinic, no lease and no permission. It works one to one in a living room, in a hall with forty people, over a screen with a woman in another hemisphere, and on a deck in a country you have not visited yet.
Which means the practice you build here is not tied to a postcode or a season of your life. It expands when you have capacity. It contracts when you have a newborn or a house move or a year that asks something of you, and it is still there when you come back to it.
Graduates run it alongside clinical practice, alongside coaching businesses, alongside full-time work, alongside raising children. Some scale it into retreats. Some keep it to six clients they adore. Both are a complete answer.
Every module, every recording and every future update stays with you. You will open this again in year three with a different set of questions, and the room will still be there.
“Will I actually know how to hold this?”
“What happens when something real opens?”
“What if I still doubt myself in the room?”
“What if nobody comes?”
The questions underneath
These are the right questions. They are also the ones that never resolve on their own.
Every one of them is a structural question wearing a confidence costume. You cannot think your way out of any of them, and waiting until they quieten is the one strategy guaranteed to fail, because they quieten through repetition and correction. Not before it.
So we train them directly. You practise the opening. You practise the moment it goes somewhere unexpected. You practise the repair. You practise the close. You do it in front of somebody whose job is to tell you the truth about what you just did.
The confidence you are looking for does not come from knowing what to say next. It comes from knowing you can stay with what happens next.
The woman you would be learning from
I am not here to become another person you "need".
I am Elise, founder of Orygen Breathwork™. I train women to become grounded, aligned and professionally equipped for all seasons of life, in an out of facilitation. The woman I breathe with are capable of creating real transformation with depth, integrity and nervous system safety that they have lived first-hand..
This work did not begin in breathwork. It began in fourteen years of education and leadership and then in my own seasons of rebuilding.
I do not want you leaving this work thinking, “Elise knows how to get me there.”
I want you leaving knowing exactly how you got there. What changed in your breath. What happened in your body. What you did when the contraction came.
Because next time I may not be there.
And you will be.
Elise Small · Founder, Orygen Breathwork™
Learn more about your senior trainer
For over fourteen years I worked in leadership and mentoring roles across the education sector, supporting children, families and teams in environments built around emotional wellbeing, development and safety. Over time I began recognising the same thing repeatedly. As a collective we know how to survive chaotic, emotionally draining and very real experiences. Very few of us know how to truly hold ourselves and move through them.
In 2020 my own life brought me into a season of rebuilding, through separation, solo motherhood, and the mental health complications that arrive with unmet complex trauma. It was during that time that breath became more than a practice I did.
It became a pathway into stability, clarity, expansion, self-leadership and trust.
As I stepped deeper into the breathwork industry, I realised something else. The industry did not need more intensity. It needed more structure, more responsibility and more steadiness in the way transformation was being facilitated and integrated.
That became the foundation of Orygen Breathwork™, a methodology grounded in nervous system safety, embodied leadership and real-world application, built for women who are done being coached through their lives and ready to lead from something they actually live.
I do not train facilitators to simply create experiences. I train women to become the kind of presence people can genuinely feel safe to open within.
If something in you recognises this work, the responsibility, the depth and the way this approach to facilitation is different, then you already know why you found your way here. The next step is simply deciding whether you are ready to fully step into it, and only you can own that.
Have questions about the certification?
Spark up a conversation with the Orygen Breathwork™ Room, a private space to think out loud, before you decide anything.
Ask about the intake, the immersion, the modules, the investment, or whether the qualification you already hold sits alongside this rather than underneath it. Answers come straight back, at whatever hour you are reading this.
This is not a form and it is not an application. Most women arrive with a question about the training and are really asking whether they are capable of it, so bring that one too. Nothing reaches Elise unless you choose to send it at the end, from there she will reach out to you so that nothing is left unanswered.
Learn how to build confidence in your facilitation through embodiment and lived leadership, rather than trying to become qualified enough to impress future clients.

✦I feel called to this work but still doubt myself. Is this space still for me?
Enter The RoomAdmission
This is an application, and most of the work happens before you are accepted.
The intake is kept deliberately small to protect the depth of what happens inside it.
What I am looking for
That you already hold space in some form, whether as a parent, coach, clinician, educator, leader, or within your family and community.
That you are grounded, autonomous, and willing to do your own work first.
That you can stay with your own discomfort long enough to be useful to somebody else’s.
That you want depth in one thing rather than a shelf of certifications.
That your yes comes from your body rather than from urgency.
This is not the room for
A quick certificate to add to a bio.
Intensity without responsibility.
A training that will do the inner work on your behalf.
Anyone looking to work with fragile nervous systems primarily as a revenue decision.
Anyone who wants to be told what their soul has already decided.
That boundary is intentional. It protects the women you will one day hold.
Investment
One price, everything included, and a real deadline.
Certification, the three-day immersion, Sound Therapy Practitioner Training, Human Design for business, the Facilitator Practice Library, the insurance pathway, the ongoing community and lifetime access. All of it is inside the one figure.
Twenty percent less if you move before 26th August, which is $977.60 off and brings your place to $3,910.40, because the women who decide early arrive already committed and that changes the room everybody else walks into.
Your code is applied on acceptance and it works on whichever payment structure you choose, so a twelve month plan is discounted exactly as a single payment is. Totals land within a few cents of each other across the plans, because each instalment is rounded on its own.
There is no inflated total value here, no countdown timer designed to rush your nervous system into a yes. A real date, stated once and then I will leave you alone to decide.
Payment plans across three, six, nine or twelve months are available and used often, and you can pay one out early at any time without penalty. If none of it fits your season, tell me on the call and we will build a structure that does, because how you enter this work matters as much as that you do.
A decision made from stability lasts. That is the kind I want walking into this room.

We speak
A twenty minute call, on business days. Not a sales call. I am assessing whether you are ready to be responsible for somebody else’s nervous system, and you are assessing whether this is your room. Bring the question you have not asked anyone yet.

How does the early access saving work?
Apply and be accepted before 26th August and your code is applied on enrolment. It takes 20% off, which is $977.60, bringing your place from $4,888 to $3,910.40. It works on whichever payment structure you choose, so a twelve month plan is discounted exactly as a single payment is. Totals land within a few cents of each other across the plans, because each instalment is rounded on its own. From 27th August the price is $4,888. Nothing about the training changes, and the price does not rise again afterwards. It exists because women who decide early arrive already committed, and that changes the room everyone else walks into.
What are the payment options?
One payment, or across three, six, nine or twelve months. Twelve months is the gentlest way in at $325.86 a month with your code, or $407.33 without it. AfterPay is available at checkout, and you can pay a plan out early at any time without penalty if your season changes. The plan you choose is simply your way in. It does not change what you receive, when you receive it, or anything about how you are held.
Do I need prior breathwork training?
No. You need lived experience of the work and a genuine willingness to be a beginner inside a structure. Women arrive as psychologists, physiotherapists, nurses, coaches, yoga teachers, educators, mothers and women in the middle of their own rebuild. What matters more is whether you already hold space for people in some form.
I am a registered clinician. How does this sit alongside my scope?
Alongside it, never over it. Breathwork facilitation is a distinct modality with its own defined scope, and module three and four are spent on where that scope begins and ends, including referral and the cases that belong with somebody else. Clinicians tend to find the screening and protocol work is the part they were most looking for and least able to find elsewhere.
I am overseas. Does this actually work remotely?
Yes, and it is built for it rather than adapted to it. The eight weeks are online. The immersion is broadcast in full with a dedicated facilitator holding the online room, paired practicum in breakouts and the same real-time reflection. Every live call is recorded and in the portal the same day. Women have certified from across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Europe and North America.
What are the live call times in my timezone?
Weekly on Fridays at 10:00AM AEST in Brisbane, from 25th September through to 13th November. Auckland is 12:00PM for week one and 1:00PM from 2nd October, once New Zealand moves to daylight time. US Pacific is 5:00PM on the Thursday before ours, moving to 4:00PM from 1st November. Allow 75 minutes for each. The immersion replaces the week four call. Every date is set out in the live schedule section above.
How much time will this take each week?
Three to four hours. That includes the on-demand lessons, the weekly live call and your own practice. The practice is not optional, because it is the part that changes your facilitation.
Is accommodation included for the immersion?
No, and that is deliberate. The three days are held at Kondalilla Eco Resort in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, and accommodation is booked directly with the resort so you stay free to choose what suits you and what you want to spend. There are twenty-three rooms across treehouses, chalets, villas, cabins and lodge rooms, and the hinterland fills in October, so book early. If you are local you are welcome to drive in each morning, with doors open at 8:30am. Once your place is confirmed you receive a travel briefing and a group thread so you can coordinate with the women travelling from your state.
I am not sure I want to work with clients. Is this still for me?
Yes, and you would not be the first. A meaningful number of women arrive for their own capacity, their own household, their own way of being with their children, and certify because the standard is worth holding regardless. Some begin practising two years later. Lifetime access means that option stays open indefinitely.
Am I insured to work after this?
The certification is recognised for professional practice and there is a supported pathway into professional indemnity and public liability cover through IME Insurance. You will be walked through the application, not handed a link. Cover itself is issued by the insurer and subject to their assessment.
Does this cover trauma-aware practice?
Yes. Trauma awareness, nervous system safety, scope of practice, contraindications and referral protocols are woven throughout the curriculum rather than bolted on as a single lesson. The emphasis is discernment over intensity and responsibility over performance, including how to avoid stacking trauma, which is the part most commonly missing in this space.
What if I am not sure I am ready?
Take the readiness assessment first, or come into The Room and ask. Then apply anyway, and let the call decide. Waiting until you feel ready is not a strategy, and I would rather tell you honestly on a call than have you spend another year deciding alone.
Is there anything else to buy afterwards?
No. There is no upsell after this, no advanced tier held back, and no module withheld for a second purchase. Ongoing mentorship exists and is entirely optional. Everything required to certify and practise is inside the one price.
And if you have read this far
You have already imagined the room.
You have already thought about who you would hold first.
You have already had the thought that you would be good at this.
You have already noticed you are still reading.
There is usually a reason for that.
You are not here for a certification.
You are here to become so deeply practised in yourself that the way you lead other people changes, and to do it beside women who are building the same thing rather than doing it alone in a spare room.
At some point you stop needing more insight into yourself and start needing a way to stay with yourself. That is where Orygen begins.

Recognised well beyond this coastline.

Your certification is held to leading standards of ethics, industry practice and professional conduct and that recognition travels with you wherever you choose to grow your practice.
Accreditation is also what makes professional indemnity insurance available to you. Insurers need to see a recognised qualification before they will cover you to work with people and this is the credential that satisfies that requirement.
Proud to be officially IPHM accredited. It means the women who train here walk into their own rooms with a recognised standard behind them.
