Lived,Not Learned
A free, live, 90-minute breathwork facilitation masterclass for women already working with people who want to explore breathwork through personal practice, embodied self-leadership and professional discernment.
If your breath were part of your next decision, what would you choose, and how would you lead the people who trust you?
People already trust you with what matters to them.
They bring you the conversation they have struggled to have, the decision they keep revisiting and the work they want to put into the world.
You listen carefully. You notice what they are saying and where they pause. You understand the responsibility of being someone they turn to.
You also have a life asking for your attention.
There is work you want to create. There are things you want to ask for and opportunities you would like to receive wholeheartedly. You want your own practice to have a place in that life, including the moments when someone is waiting for your answer.
An invitation can carry more than the words you put in it.
You write to a studio about running a workshop.
Before the owner has read it, you have imagined her response, adjusted your language and added an explanation for the fee. The email is now carrying a question you never intended to ask: Do you think I am someone who gets to do this?
That is the kind of moment we will explore.
- Where does your attention go when something matters to you?
- What happens in your breath as you prepare to ask?
- How much meaning have you placed on the answer?
You can care deeply about the response and remain the woman who decides what she creates next.
During this masterclass, you will have time to notice that relationship in yourself and practise a response you can take into your life.
The energetics become visible in how you participate.
In my work, energetics includes intention, attention and the felt quality of an interaction. My spiritual understanding informs how I meet the room, alongside careful observation and professional responsibility.
We will explore this through ordinary moments.
You ask for time and allow the other person to answer.
You receive appreciation and let it reach you.
You guide a practice and remain attentive when someone's experience differs from what you anticipated.
These moments reveal something about how you relate to your own authority and the freedom of the person in front of you.
Bring a decision you want to meet differently.
During the live practice, you will divide a page into four quadrants and explore one real decision or request.
Tap each quadrant to turn it over.
We will then move into an optional observation of your ordinary breath and a quiet rehearsal of the request.
Your relationship with a participant's response matters.
In a facilitated session, one woman may become emotional. Another may say very little. Someone may decide to stop.
Each response asks something of your professional judgement.
Your personal practice offers a place to become familiar with your own reactions. You can notice the urge to fill a silence, add another prompt or look for reassurance that the session has been valuable.
During our time together, I will show you how this connects to the way I train facilitators inside Orygen.
You will experience choices built into the practice, space to interpret your own observations and time to consider what follows. We will also discuss why professional preparation includes screening, consent, scope, observed facilitation and feedback.

Meet Elise Rose.
I am the founder and creator of Orygen Breathwork™.
My work sits at the intersection of breath, identity and embodied self-leadership.
I created Orygen Breathwork because I want women to develop a relationship with breath they can carry into their own lives, alongside the professional capability to bring it into their work.
I observe, reflect, facilitate and train. The woman in front of me determines the meaning of her experience and chooses what follows.
