Lived,Not Learned
The full ninety minutes sits below, yours to return to whenever the two drift apart.
Watch it in one sitting or in pieces. Come back to the part you need on the day you need it, and let the rest wait.

You already know more than you are living.
We have more access to information than any generation before us. More is understood about the nervous system, the body and how it heals than at any point in history, and most of it is a search away.
And still there is a distance between what you know and what your body actually does at four in the afternoon, when a conversation turns and your breath goes shallow before you have decided anything.
That distance is not a failure of understanding. It is what happens when knowledge arrives somewhere the body was not present for. Something can be entirely true and still not be yours.
This is what the practice is for. It gives what you already understand somewhere to land, so that it can be felt rather than filed, and then carried into the ordinary hours where it actually matters.
If you want somewhere to keep returning to.
A masterclass does what it can in ninety minutes. Something opens. Then the week starts, and the opening closes quietly, and what you felt becomes a thing you once felt and now describe.
What changes that is having somewhere to come back to. A room that is already yours whenever the work is needed again, on the afternoons when nothing much is happening and on the ones where everything is.
The training
The full masterclass, kept rather than expiring. Return to any part of it whenever you need that particular piece again.
The workbook
The Fundamentals of Breathwork handbook, the guide to beginning a relationship with your breath and keeping it through a week that is not calm.
The audio
The practice itself, built to be used rather than watched. Five minutes before a difficult conversation rather than an hour on a weekend you never take.
The pathway
The map of where this goes, if you want it to go anywhere. Information rather than a decision, and yours to sit with in your own time.
It is free, and once it is yours it stays yours. Nothing expires and there is no order you have to follow.
There are two ways in, and they ask for different things.
Certification in Orygen Breathwork™ begins with your own breath and identity, then teaches the skills to observe, adapt and hold a room. Both pathways carry the same certification. What differs is how you are in the room while you earn it.
The October cohort
A group that moves together, with a three day in-person immersion at its centre and live workshops throughout. You are witnessed, and you practise on real bodies in a real room.
Places are limited and every woman speaks with Elise before she is accepted.
Apply for October →The Online Pathway
The same curriculum, held online, for the woman whose life will not bend around a cohort calendar. Live sessions where it matters, on demand where it does not.
You begin when you are ready rather than when the next room opens.
Begin online →Not sure which is yours? Start with either page. Both set out the full curriculum, the commitment and the investment before you are asked for anything.
You do not have to learn this again.
You have to live it, and then live it again tomorrow. Come back to the recording whenever the knowing and the feeling drift apart. That is what it is for.
