This is what I want for you
A practice that belongs to you, wherever life finds you.
You can take a breath in this room and decide for yourself what it means. You can leave knowing how you want to work with it again.
Before you send the invitation for your first retreat. When a client asks your fee. In the conversation where you ask your partner for the support you have been quietly needing.
I will share methods, guide your practice and offer ways to explore what you notice. You choose the pace, depth and meaning of your experience. You decide what you keep, what you adapt and how it belongs in your life.
That ownership is the heart of Orygen.
Own your practice.
Own your experience.
Own your expression.
Bring your real life into the room
Can you hold yourself in this experience?
We can understand ourselves deeply and still find it difficult to make a decision, ask for what we need or let another person see the work we are here to offer.
The venue enquiry
You open the venue enquiry for the retreat you want to lead, then try to solve every detail before you ask about availability.
The fee
You type your fee, read it again and add three paragraphs explaining how much care goes into it.
The weekend
Your partner offers to plan the weekend. By Friday, you have checked the bookings and quietly taken the planning back.
Bring one of those moments. We will explore what you notice in your breath and body, what you make of it and the response you want to practise.
You remain the person who decides what is true for you and what happens next.
Inside our 90 minutes together
What you get to make your own.
Experience it here. Make it personal. Carry it with you.
01
A way to listen to yourself
Explore one manageable situation from your life. Notice your breath, the effort in your body and the story you are telling yourself as you approach it.
Leave with your own words for what you noticed, and what you want to explore further.
02
A breath practice you can return to
Experience a guided, gentle practice with room to keep your eyes open, move, pause or breathe normally. Try the cues and notice which support you.
Choose what you want to practise again, when you might use it and how you would adapt it.
03
Your words. Your decision.
Rehearse the invitation, request or boundary you want to communicate. Hear whether the words are accurate. Decide what the conversation needs.
Take away a sentence you can use or refine in the real conversation.
04
Your way into the world
Give your practice a place in your week. Before a client call. After a demanding day. As you prepare to share your work or ask for support.
Choose one action, the support it requires and how you will respond if your needs change.
The life this gets to belong to
You want to enjoy the life your work is making possible.
Picture the afternoon after your retreat. The women have gone home, the venue is paid and you have paid yourself properly. There is enough left in the business to plan what comes next.
Your phone is on the kitchen bench. Someone you love asks if you want to go for a walk and you can say yes. Your attention comes with you.
You can feel proud of what you created and you can let the experience be complete for the day.
Perhaps that is what you are reaching for when you say you want to grow your work.
The freedom to finish. To receive the money and let it support your life. To be with your family without composing a follow-up message in your head. To have a conversation with your partner where you can say what you need and allow them to respond.
You want the women who choose your work to meet the full depth of what you can offer. You also want enough of yourself left to enjoy being a woman with a life beyond the room she leads.
That desire deserves a place in how you build.
There is room for you here
For the woman who is already trusted with people.
Coaches. Educators. Practitioners. Retreat leaders. Founders. Women who want to feel more at home in the lives they lead.
You bring experience, knowledge and people who trust you. You want your relationship with yourself to support the depth you offer them.
You may be curious about bringing breathwork into your work. You may simply want a practice you can use in your own life.
You are welcome with that question still open.
No previous breathwork experience is required. You choose how you participate.
Meet your facilitator
I'm Elise Rose.
Founder of Orygen Breathwork™.
Creator of the Orygen Method™.
Author of The Woman After.
I care deeply about women owning their practice. Knowing how to work with their breath in the middle of their own lives.
I know what it takes to change the way you introduce yourself.
I'm Elise Rose, founder and creator of Orygen Breathwork™. My work sits at the intersection of breath, identity and embodied self-leadership.
That language has taken time to arrive at. There have been decisions behind it that changed the shape of my days, my business and what I am available to create.
Three years ago, I left my management role in early childhood education. I had reached a point I had once worked towards: opening new services, creating the foundations, developing policies and procedures, and leading teams.
I knew how to do that work. I had invested years in becoming that woman.

When I arrived at what I had imagined would feel fulfilling, I could feel that my direction had changed. It took time to acknowledge that fully and make decisions around it.
Leaving the role was one decision. Learning to introduce myself, organise my life and trust my judgement as the woman creating something of her own required ongoing practice.
At the beginning of this year, I stepped away from one-to-one in-person work and many of the workshops I had been running. I committed to developing the Orygen Breathwork facilitator training and giving this body of work the attention it deserved.
I knew what I wanted women to experience inside it. Finding the language to communicate that depth has been its own process.
In the work. This is the standard the training is built to protect.
You can recognise that you have outgrown a role long before your life reflects that recognition. People still know you through it. You are good at it. There are responsibilities, relationships and an income attached to it. You can explain exactly why you are there, even as it becomes harder to explain why you would stay.
For me, the change became tangible through the decisions I could actually make: what I devoted time to, what I stopped offering, the training I undertook and the work I began putting into the world. Each decision gave me something real to practise and respond to.
There is also something I want to own about how I have spoken about this work.
For a while, I gave too much meaning to the response an invitation received. I could be deeply certain about the work and still hesitate before sharing it. An unanswered message could occupy far more of my attention than it deserved.
I have changed my relationship with that.
I can communicate the value of Orygen clearly and allow another woman to make her decision. I enjoy talking about what we practise, what the training requires and where it can fit within her work. There is room for her questions and for an honest conversation about whether it belongs in her life.
That feels like leadership I can stand behind.
This masterclass gives us a place to explore that relationship in your life: what you know about yourself, what you want to create and how you meet the decisions involved.
Your authorship is part of the practice
Your experience is yours to understand and to own.
My particular strength is observing breath and the body alongside what a woman shares. I pay attention to changes in pace, effort, movement and expression. We explore what she notices, what meaning it has for her, and what she wants to do with that information. Her interpretation matters. She chooses the pace and depth of her participation.
The method becomes a resource. You remain the source.
I bring skilled observation, structure and presence. You bring your intelligence, your lived experience and the right to choose. Together we explore what becomes possible when your practice is something you can live in your own way.
Stability. Notice what supports you to participate. Choose your pace, your position, and whether to continue, adapt or pause.
Integration. Reflect on what you experienced. Give it your own meaning and decide what, if anything, you want to take into your life.
Capacity. Practise making choices you can support. Recognise when you want more time, information or help from another person.
For women who want to facilitate, I will also share how that work develops inside Orygen Breathwork™ Facilitator Training. Women experience the practices themselves, learn the professional structure around facilitation and develop their judgement through practice. Their facilitation is observed before certification.
This masterclass is an experience for your own practice. Professional facilitation requires further training.
You are welcome to attend this free masterclass whether or not professional training is your next step.
Before you join
Your questions, answered.
What will happen during the masterclass?
We will move between teaching, personal reflection, optional conversation and a guided breath practice. You will work with a situation from your life, rehearse a response and choose a practical next step. There will also be an introduction to the professional training pathway inside Orygen.
Do I need to know which decision I want to work with?
You can choose it when we begin. I will guide you towards a manageable situation, such as replying to an enquiry, making a request or protecting time in your week. Keep major or overwhelming experiences outside this group exercise.
Will I have to speak or turn my camera on?
Sharing and cameras are optional. You can keep your reflections private and participate through listening, writing and the practices you choose.
What kind of breathwork will we use?
The practice uses gentle, comfortable breathing. You can keep your eyes open, move, pause or breathe normally throughout. If you have been advised to avoid breath practices, participate through listening and reflection with your ordinary breath.
Is this for me if I already work with breath?
You are welcome. You can explore your own response to a decision and observe how choice, pace, enquiry and integration are woven through the experience. It may also help you clarify the professional skills you want to develop further.
Do I need to want to become a facilitator?
You can attend for your own practice and self-leadership. For women interested in bringing breathwork into professional work, I will explain the training pathway and leave room for questions. Attending the masterclass does not certify you to facilitate.
What does it cost?
The masterclass is free. Choose your session and register with your name and email address.
