After the Insight · free · live only
The confidence you're looking for doesn't come from knowing what to say next.
It comes from knowing you can stay with what happens next.
Everything you have trained in works through what a client can put into words. This hour is about the part of her that was never going to arrive in language, and what becomes available to your practice once you can work with it directly.

Save my seatThe moment
Somebody is eventually going to trust you with the part of themself they stopped defending.
Somewhere in a session this month, a client will go quiet in a way that is different from the other silences. Their breath will change, or their body will and something will move through them that neither of you has language for yet and you will ask another question, because a question is what your training gave you.
That is not a lapse in judgement. It is what any practitioner does when her whole instrument is from the top up.
The difficulty is that the moment had already stopped being about language and nobody has ever shown you what else was available to you while you were standing in it.
They weren't asking you for more understanding.
They already had the understanding and you were the one who opened this to them. What neither of you could reach that afternoon was the thing actually holding the pattern in place, because it was never their failure to comprehend it.
It is a body that learned, a long time ago, that a particular response was necessary. That learning is not filed as a thought. It is held as a state and states do not reorganise in response to explanation. They reorganise in contact with other states.
Which is why the moment they went quiet was the important one and not the moment they understood. That was the only point in the session where their body was genuinely available.
Your work is the reason they reached that edge at all. Most people never get there and most practitioners never take a client anywhere near it. Now it's time to add another layer.
What this is
Working with what is happening in a body, starting with your own.
Breathwork here is neither a relaxation exercise nor a wellness product bolted onto the offer you already have. It is a way of working directly with a person's state, using the breath as the access point, because the breath is the one part of the nervous system a person can operate deliberately.
A journey has a defined shape, moving through arrival, build, peak, return and the integration that follows. What the practitioner does inside that shape is read what is happening in the body in front of her and respond to what she finds, rather than run a sequence.
That reading is the entire skill and it is the part almost nobody trains.
You cannot read a nervous system you have never met yourself.
75 minutes
You will not be told about the body.
You will spend the hour inside your own.
You breathe first
A coherence practice taught with the physiology explained rather than implied, so you understand precisely why the long exhale does the work. This is the one you can use with a client next week.
You take a reading
There are three things visible in any breath. You will learn them on your own body first, at the depth that lets you begin seeing them in somebody else without ever announcing what you think they mean.
You go back into the session
You will bring one real moment from your own practice and walk into it again with the question unavailable to you. What becomes visible while you are standing there is the whole point of the hour.
You get the line around your scope
Exactly what you can use with a client this week and exactly where the work becomes something that requires training. Said plainly, because you are a professional and you will want the boundary before you want the technique.
What your practice becomes
The coach remains a coach and the therapist remains a therapist.
Your unique blueprint is not here to be changed by me, it is here to be elevated to the degree that you know you are capable of.
The work itself
You stop losing the moment where a session gets real, which is the moment that used to pass while you were reaching for the right question. Sessions begin finishing somewhere different from where they used to finish, because change that moves through the body settles differently from change that arrives as understanding.
The sentence your clients say afterwards changes. They stop telling you the session was wonderful and start telling you that something is actually different now, which is the only piece of information that travels.
The room you work in
Work you had been quietly declining becomes work you can accept. The group you have been putting off because 1:1 felt safer. The retreat that has been sitting in a document for 2 years. The corporate room, or the clinic, or the training that somebody keeps asking you to run.
You state your fee and then stop talking, because the number no longer requires a paragraph of justification behind it and the boundaries around your delivery hold without you compensating for them with constant availability.
How the work travels
Your name starts being recommended by people who can say precisely which conversation you belong in, which is a different growth mechanism from posting more and a considerably more durable one. Referrals begin arriving with the right expectation already attached.
You become able to decline something impressive, because you have criteria rather than only instinct and an invitation that flatters you is no longer the same thing as an invitation that belongs to your body of work.
The life around it
Travel and unscheduled days begin to sit inside the operating model rather than waiting on the far side of some future stability and your week starts reflecting the depth of the work rather than the volume of it.
None of that arrives because you added a modality. It arrives because the ceiling that used to sit over your practice was your own capacity and capacity is the one asset in this profession that compounds.
Who this is for
People already trust you with something real.
You might coach, or practise within your scope, or work with energy, or run a framework of your own. The profession varies more than anything else about this woman. What does not vary is that people bring you what matters to them and that you have been doing that work through the conversation.
You have never facilitated a breathwork journey and you know this is the missing key to your work.
You are not looking for another framework to put in your head, you are seeking a method you can mould around your existing practice.
You have noticed that understanding something and changing it are two different events.
75 minutes gives you one practice and a clear line around it. It does not qualify you to facilitate breathwork we are simply going into incredible foundations so you can discover what is available to you.
The training is built on what happens in a live room, which is the thing being taught, so your presence in the space matters more than anything, so choose a date and time you can show up for.

The moment after she goes quiet.
At some point this month a client will arrive at the edge of something while she is sitting in front of you and the conversation will have carried her as far as a conversation can.
This training is about what is available to you when you get there and about what your practice becomes once that moment stops being the one you lose.
All three run at 10:00am AEST. 75 minutes, live and free. Choose the one that flows with your week.

Save your seat
A pen and one sheet of paper is all you need to bring.
You will get the link straight away, one reminder the day before and one an hour before. Nothing else unless you ask for it.
Three dates in September · 10:00am AEST
A client will arrive at that edge in front of you this month.
75 minutes, live. You will breathe, you will take a reading of your own body and you will walk back into one real session of your own with the question unavailable to you and find out what becomes visible while you are standing there.
You will leave with one practice you can use with a client next week and a clear professional line around exactly where it stops.
There is a facilitator training underneath all of this. I mention it in the last few minutes of the hour and not before, so that you can decide about the hour entirely on its own terms.
Elise is the founder of Orygen Breathwork™. She spent years becoming genuinely good at the conversation and rather longer than that quietly aware that it had a ceiling she could not talk her way past. This training is what she found underneath it and what she has used to create lasting transformation beyond the session with thousands of woman worldwide.
