Your seat is saved

You're in.

After the Insight. 75 minutes, live, at 10:00am AEST.

The joining link is on its way to your inbox now and it carries the date you chose. If it has not arrived within five minutes, have a look in the folder your inbox quietly files things into. I will send it again the day before and once more an hour before we begin, so there is nothing you need to keep hold of between now and then.

Joining from outside Australia

New Zealand is 12:00pm on the same day. United States Pacific is 5:00pm the evening before.

Two things before your session

A pen, one sheet of paper and one session you have been turning over.

Neither of these asks anything of you in advance. They are simply the two things the hour is built to work with and having them beside you is the difference between watching a masterclass and being inside one.

One

The pen and the paper

There is a single exercise across the 75 minutes and the whole of it lives on that one page. Nothing gets typed into a chat box and nothing gets shared with the room.

Two

One recent session

Bring the most recent occasion when something moved in a client's body and you answered it with language. Not your hardest client and nothing you would need to handle carefully. Simply the last time you noticed her breath change, or her eyes, or a pause that lasted differently and you asked her a question.

You will write down what you saw and what you did. Later in the hour you will walk back into that moment with the question taken away from you and find out what becomes visible while you are standing there.

Come live. There is a time limited replay, however your attendance in the hour is built on what happens in a room while it is happening.

While you wait · $47

You do not have to wait until the session to have something in your hands.

The Body in the Room™

This is the practice from the masterclass taught properly, with the client facing language and the professional scope line built around it, so that you can work with it in your own body this week and offer it to a client inside the scope you already hold.

The coherence protocol

Twelve minutes of video covering how to introduce the practice to a client, when it is the right instrument and when it is not and the exact words that open and close it.

Three guided practices

Eight, fifteen and twenty minutes, recorded for your own body rather than a client's, because you cannot read a nervous system you have never met yourself.

The Reading

The three things visible in any breath, set out on a single page, with what each pattern often indicates and the question to ask in place of the interpretation.

The scope sheet

What you can responsibly do with breath inside your existing scope, the contraindications worth knowing before you begin and the point at which the right professional move is to refer.

$47 AUD, once. Yours to keep.

If it is not the right thing for you today, leave it where it is and I will see you in the room.

On the day

How to arrive.

You do not need to have read anything, practised anything, or arrive in any particular state. What helps is three small pieces of logistics, and they are the whole of the preparation.

A room to yourself

Somewhere you will not be interrupted, if you can manage it, and where you can close your eyes for ten minutes without having to perform being fine for anybody.

Pen and paper

Beside you before we start rather than fetched halfway through, because the exercise arrives early and without a great deal of warning.

A few minutes spare

Join a little before the hour if you can. We breathe inside the first ten minutes, and arriving in the middle of it costs you the part that does the work.

See you in the room. Bring the session you have been turning over.
