Foundational Breathwork & Facilitation Training Certification 

This is the entry point into Orygen Breathwork™ Mastery.

Fundamentals is a six-module training designed to establish the foundations required to work with breath responsibly, sustainably and with integrity, for yourself and for others.

This is not a performance-based training.
It is not trauma-chasing and it is not designed to create facilitators who rely on intensity to feel effective.

Fundamentals exists to stabilise identity, regulation and leadership before deeper facilitation begins.

Fundamentals includes:

• 6 core modules
• 30+ recorded sub-modules and audio practices
• Nervous system literacy & regulation
• Identity-based facilitation foundations
• Breathwork principles rooted in responsibility
• Self-leadership before space-holding
• Ethical standards for facilitation
• Integration practices for sustainable embodiment

This training establishes the baseline for all future work inside School of Orygen™.

Certification

Upon completion of Fundamentals, you will receive a School of Orygen™ Fundamentals Certification.

This certification:

• Confirms completion of foundational training

• Is required for progression into advanced facilitation mastery

• Reflects competency, not performance
