Each of the six weeks follows a consistent, manageable rhythm designed for deep learning and immediate application.

Weekly Core Flow

•Pre-Recorded Teaching Modules: High-quality video trainings released weekly, allowing you to learn the science, the frameworks and the facilitation skills at your own pace.

All modules come with lifetime access.

•Live Group Calls & Q&A: Weekly live sessions with Elise to ask your questions, deepen your understanding and connect with a community of fellow facilitators-in-training.

•Guided Breathwork Journeys: Experience the work as a participant each week, led by Elise, so you can feel the arc of a journey in your own body before you ever guide one for someone else.

•The Facilitator’s Toolkit: You receive professionally designed facilitation templates, guided scripts, session structures, pre-made playlists and client intake forms that you can adapt and use immediately.

* Week 1: The Foundation & The Science.

The history and lineage of breathwork, the complete science of the Orygen method (CO2, the nervous system, the Bohr Effect), and the art of creating a safe and sacred container.

* Week 2: The Arc of the Journey.

The full seven-phase Orygen session architecture, from arrival to integration. You will learn the purpose of each phase and how to guide it with precision and presence.

* Week 3: The Facilitator’s Toolkit.

Your complete set of scripts, playlists, session plans, and client communication templates. We walk through every tool, piece by piece.

* Week 4: Holding Space & The Art of Presence.

The principles of trauma-informed facilitation, how to manage emotional release and the art of holding space without fixing, advising or interfering.

* Week 5: Practice in Action.

Your first guided facilitation practicum. You will be guided step-by-step as you lead a fellow student through a mini-journey in a safe, supported environment.

* Week 6: Taking It Into the World.

How to confidently offer your first sessions, the ethics of pricing and marketing and how to integrate this work into your existing practice or start a new one. We cover the practical steps to getting this work out into schools, yoga studios, corporate wellness programs and your community.

Elise is the Founder and Principal of the School of Orygen™.

Her work is rooted in an uncompromising devotion to self-concept mastery; the lived understanding that transformation is not created by tools alone, but by the version of self who is able to hold them. For over a decade, Elise has studied, embodied and refined what it truly takes to become the identity one believes in and aspires toward, merging inner coherence with outer reality through the lens of quantum and metaphysical transformation.

Her obsession has never been with information.
It has been with embodiment.

Across years of mentorship, leadership and service in varying capacities, Elise has guided individuals and groups through nervous system reprogramming, identity recalibration and embodied authority. Her work reflects a deep reverence for health, wellness and conscious leadership, not as ideals, but as practices forged through lived experience.

Elise knows intimately what it is to hit the restart button on life.
To rebuild from nothing but a suitcase and hopes larger than circumstance, as stated timelessly by her, "like planting a seed in scorched earth and trusting it would still find a way to grow."

It was through these moments that she discovered the essential truth that now underpins the School of Orygen™:
