You don’t need more information to be ready.
You need to trust that you can learn to hold what arises.

PART 1

Regulation is the foundation.
Expansion is the direction.

You know what I started noticing?

I’d be in these rooms where everything looked powerful, big deep breaths, emotions rising to the surface and you’d walk out thinking, "woah! That was incredible." But then a few days later, things would feel heavier than they did before.

Have you ever felt that?

That’s when it clicked for me. I wasn’t interested in creating moments. I wanted to understand why some experiences actually landed and others didn’t, so I concluded that most spaces focus on intensity, but when something real opens in the body, a lot of people don’t actually know how to hold it.

That’s where everything changed for me. I stopped chasing breakthroughs and started focusing on one thing:

Regulation is the foundation.
Expansion is the direction.

If the body doesn’t feel safe, it won’t let the work complete. This isn’t about making people feel more, it’s about being able to hold what they feel without the need to fix it, force it or get lost in the analytics of it.

That’s what creates real change and that’s the difference with Orygen Breathwork™.

You don’t just learn how to create an experience, you learn how to hold one, so it actually stays.

I ALREADY KNOW THIS IS FOR ME, TAKE ME TO MY NEXT STEP

Once the strategy was clear, the next step was simple.

I took it out into the world, into communities, wellness spaces, corporate environments, the opportunities felt endless and the results were undeniable.

People weren’t just having powerful experiences, they were finally integrating them and changing the way they moved through their lives, because the work wasn’t built on intensity, it was built on stability and that’s exactly what you’re stepping into here.

Below, you’ll see what others experienced when this work was applied in real spaces, with real people.

PART 2

So now you know where to begin and what matters, but now we need structure and that’s exactly why this exists.

THE ORYGEN ARCHITECTURE™

This is not a collection of techniques, this is a structured pathway that develops you into someone who can hold transformation in real time, because confidence doesn’t come from knowing more.

It comes from knowing what you’re doing, while you’re doing it.

At one point, I realised something wasn’t working. I could guide the breath but if the body didn’t feel safe, the work didn’t go deeper. That was the shift. It wasn’t about doing more, it was about becoming steadier.

Before breath changes anything, the body must feel safe and before expansion happens, the nervous system must trust the room.

So I shifted my focus towards becoming the anchor.

I used to think this work was about helping people feel better, but I kept seeing the same pattern, they’d feel the shift, then fall back into old cycles.

That’s when it clicked. This isn’t about the feeling, it’s about what’s underneath it. The inner architecture, the place where the beliefs, the identity, the patterns and core wounds reside.

So I learned how to guide beyond the surface and that’s when the work actually started to land.

There was a moment I couldn’t ignore it. The depth I could hold for others was limited by the capacity I had built within myself.

The more I could hold without reacting, the more stable my field became and when that happened, everything changed.

I stopped trying to internally validate my power and became the evidence of it.

What I started to notice wasn’t just what was happening in the sessions…

It was what was repeating after them. The same people who once felt stuck in their patterns
began responding differently in their everyday lives.

They weren’t reacting in the same way, nor looping in the same stories only to find themselves collapsing back into old identities.

There was a steadiness that hadn’t been there before.

A pause where there used to be reactivity, a sense of choice where there used to be habit and deeper trust in themselves that didn’t disappear once the journey ended.

it wasn’t because we were going deeper or pushing for bigger experiences, it was because the work was being appliedIt was being integrated.

That’s when it became clear, it’s not in the depth or extension of the breath, it’s in the way the work is held, applied and carried forward. The more consistent this became, the more the demand naturally followed.

There was no denying this way of working was being recognised as something different, a method that actually created change and these are some of the spaces this work began to move through.

PREVIOUS SPACES...

PART 3

There was a point where I thought the next step was to figure out how to be seen.

Let's face it, the last thing we want is more people burning out from not knowing where their soul aligned people are coming from, most likely a question that you have asked yourself, wondering what happens on the otherside of our time together.

You can feel the demand for this kind of work, especially in the world we are living in right now, deep down you know there’s something in you that wants to be shared, but there’s still that hesitation, asking, "will I actually know how to lead this? What if something comes up and I don’t know what to do? What if I do all of this and no one comes?"

For a while, I thought the answer was outside of me and invested in everyone else's strategies in the hope that they would lead me to more visibility, but what shifted everything wasn’t any of that.

It was realising that people don’t come because you’re seen, they arrive in your world because they can feel what you’re able to hold and at that point, I wasn’t fully steady in that yet.

I was still thinking about it, trying to get it right and hoping the experience would “go well" and you can feel that when you’re in it.

There’s a subtle tension, like you’re leading, but not fully anchored and the moment that changed, was the moment I stopped trying to create powerful experiences and started learning how to hold what was actually happening.

To stabilise myself, to stay present when things moved and to guide someone not just through the experience, but through what came after.

That’s when everything shifted, people didn’t need convincing because they felt it. They experienced it and they came back and they brought others with them.

I remember sitting there thinking, “Oh, it was never about finding people.” It was about becoming someone who could hold them when they arrived and that’s the part most people are never shown.

They’re taught how to guide a session, but not how to hold the depth of it, integrate it and trust themselves inside it.

You don’t need to figure out where people come from, you will learn how to become someone they can feel safe to come to and when that lands, everything else starts to organise itself around you.

So let me ask you a question...

If you followed what I’ve shown you here, the way we work with the body and breath beyond surface-level experience and you applied the principle that regulation is the foundation and expansion is the direction and you used the frameworks to guide your offerings with clarity, depth and integration, do you believe you could become a breathwork facilitator, without doubting your ability to lead, without getting stuck in the journey and without questioning where the people you’re here to guide will come from?

Understanding this is one thing.

Knowing how to apply it is another.

Here’s exactly how that bridge is built.

THE ORYGEN BREATHWORK™ FACILITATOR TRAINING

6-WEEKS, ONE GIANT TRANSFORMATION

ONLINE IMMERSIVE TRAINING WITH 40+ ON DEMAND LESSONS, WEEKLY LIVE ONLINE JOURNEYS/Q&A'S

Week 1: Foundational Coherence & The Science of the Body

Before you guide anyone else, you learn to stabilise your own system.

You will develop a grounded understanding of the physiology behind breathwork, including CO₂ tolerance, the nervous system, while learning how to create a space that is not only safe, but deeply regulated and responsive.

This is where you shift from performing presence, to becoming it.

Week 2: The Arc of Transformation

You will learn the full Orygen session architecture and how to guide a complete journey from arrival through to integration with clarity, structure and precision.

This is not about “getting through a session.”

It is about understanding how transformation unfolds in the body and how to lead that process without rushing, forcing or losing presence.

Week 3: The Facilitator’s Toolkit & The Language of Leadership

You will be equipped with the tools required to lead with confidence and clarity.

This includes your session structures, playlists, scripts and client communication, but more importantly, how to use them without becoming dependent on them.

You will begin to refine your voice, your leadership and your ability to guide without over-directing or second-guessing.

Week 4: Trauma-Informed Facilitation & The Art of Holding Space

This is where your capacity deepens.

You will learn how to safely work with emotional release, activation and intensity without needing to fix, advise or interfere.

You will develop the ability to remain steady when others are moving and to hold the body through completion rather than amplifying the experience.

This is the difference between guiding a session and creating a transformational journey.

Week 5: Practice in Action

You will step into facilitation within a supported, structured environment.

Guided step-by-step, you will lead a fellow student through a live session, applying everything you have learned while being held in real-time feedback and reflection.

This is where confidence becomes embodied, not practiced.

Week 6: Integration & Taking It Into the World

You will be guided through how to take this work beyond the training and into real-life application.

This includes how to create your signature offer suite with clarity, navigate pricing and ethical considerations and integrate this work into your existing life or build something entirely new.

Whether within your family, your community or a professional setting, this is where your facilitation becomes lived.

How the Training Runs

Each of the six weeks follows a consistent, manageable rhythm designed for deep learning and immediate application.

This is a hybrid learning experience for a reason, because this work is not something you learn once.

It is something you embody through repetition.

You will move through:

  • 40+ pre-recorded lessons delivered through weekly modules
  • Weekly live training calls for integration and application
  • Live activation journeys to experience the work directly
  • Peer reflection and real-time observation
  • Workbook integration and embodiment practices
  • Assessment practicum to refine your facilitation
  • A guided audio library to deepen your personal practice
  • Ongoing training and workshops post graduation and access to our alumni

This is not passive learning, this is a standard that is built through consistent application.

Graduation & What You Leave With

You become a facilitator who can confidently lead breathwork, stay steady when things arise and hold real transformation from start to finish.

You no longer rely on scripts, second-guess yourself in the room or question your readiness.

You trust your body, your presence and your ability to guide others safely and effectively.

This is not about learning more.

It’s about becoming someone people can genuinely settle into and whose work creates lasting change.

Here is everything you get when you join now...

Let me put this into perspective.

If this training gave you the ability to confidently lead breathwork sessions without second-guessing yourself in the room, would that be worth the investment?

If it gave you the structure to safely hold and integrate real transformation, so you’re not relying on intensity or guessing what to do next, would that be worth it?

And if it supported you in building a body of work where the right people naturally find you and your work begins to sustain you, would that be worth it?

Because at a certain point, it’s not about more information. It’s about having the right structure, support, and guidance to actually become someone who can do this work properly.

Now, you have two options.

1

You close this page and continue trying to piece it together on your own, navigating uncertainty, second-guessing your ability to lead and staying where things feel safe but unchanged.

2

You decide to step into a structured pathway where over the next six weeks, you develop the confidence, skill and capacity
to lead, hold and integrate real transformation.

If you’re ready for that level of growth, the next step is simple.

MEET THE FOUNDER

International Author | 1000+ Breakthroughs and Rising | 100+ Workshops and Seminars

Hi, I'm Elise and I am the Founder and Principal of School of Orygen™/Orygen Breathwork™.

My work did not begin in breathwork.

It began in the early education sector, where for over 14+ years I led, mentored and built environments designed to support growth, safety and development for both children and the adults guiding them.

It was there that I first recognised the gap, not in knowledge, or in the level of care, but in the absence of tools that could truly support regulation, emotional processing and authentic expression, especially in the moments that mattered most.

At the same time, my own life was asking more of me. Through personal challenges, navigating solo motherhood and a separation that invited me to rebuild my life from the ground up, I found myself drawn deeper into my own health, wellbeing and inner world.

It was in my darkest moments that the breath found me and something shifted, not as a concept, but as a lived experience.

Every part of me opened up to a way to regulate my nervous system, steady my mind and create clarity where there had once been overwhelm and in that moment, the realisation became clear:

This was not just a personal tool. It was a missing piece, but what I also saw both in myself and in the spaces I was stepping into, was that breathwork alone was not enough.

Experiences were being created, emotions were being accessed, but there was a lack of structure, integration and responsibility in how those experiences were being held. That became the turning point. My work shifted from using breath as a practice, to understanding what it truly means to hold transformation.

From that point forward, my focus became singular:

Not on collecting more tools, but on developing the capacity, structure and embodied intelligence required to guide others safely through this work. Across years of facilitation, mentorship and continued study, I refined an approach that bridges physiology, somatic intelligence and identity-level transformation grounded in stability, not performance.

The School of Orygen™ was founded as an extension of this knowing, a space designed to restore depth, integrity and real-world application to breathwork and facilitation, as a rising standard.

I don’t train facilitators to create experiences. I train them to become the steady, regulated presence through which real transformation can occur and be integrated.
